Charlie, a Brutal Orchestra Fool mod

A standalone fool mod that adds Charlie, a character normally concealed by a thick coat with initially unimpressive abilities, but can ditch the disguise and turn into a jarringly more energetic attack-focused ally that exists on the enemy side of the field, controlled manually via the ditched pile of clothes as a party side ally.
