Deluded Ensemble, A modded BO quest.

A relatively huge quest mod that adds three new boss fights consecutive between runs, following and showing up-close the transformation process and fall into insanity of a particularly deranged music man calling himself The Ghostwriter.
Him having found a peculiar instrument of The Ungod in the form of a conductor's baton, Ghostwriter has gained the ability to control other instruments.

See him firstly simply summoning the instruments to his aid in battle, but later become more deranged and begin constructing ungodly abomination giants out of the flesh of the instruments, and later, people.

There are two introductory dialogues before the actual quest starts, composed of three optional boss fights one for each area of the game, fought across different runs.

After the storyline is completed, you will be able to voulentarily replay the boss chain with the dialogue cut down to nothing that'll need you to spam-skip it.
